What a fun afternoon and a super cute and fun person!  Emily wanted to remember her accomplishments of her graduation from California State University Chico.  So we found it fit to shoot on campus.  Especially when the campus was in its full beauty.  Here are a few from out Senior shoot on campus.

Who would have thought a little cardboard could be so much fun.  I crafted a couple of wings for this little guy and we headed up to the fields and took off.  What a great way to spend a morning watching the imagination and wonder of this little man.  He was a bit confused at first when I tied on the those wings.  As soon as I told him run and see if you could fly,  it was all over.  He tried so hard to get off the ground and even though he never did I don’t think he cared because to him he was soaring above the highest highest mountain.

Oh Boy!  That is 100% true for this little guy.  We had a great afternoon hunting to find just what he thought was the best place to take pictures.  We just about covered over an acre of ground in our search.  The thing I loved the most about this session was that it was just him and I tooling around having fun.  When you let boys be boys I have found you get the most natural shots, the real smiles.  This little guy almost had me talked into climbing “that” tree (which was really high and I’m sure his mom wouldn’t have been too pleased)!  After our scenic hike in the woods we caught up with his little sister.  What.  A. Doll.  They are pretty cute siblings and the love between them was sure evident.

Oh how much fun we had tooling around Vacaville finding fun places to shoot.  This girl is drop dead gorgeous inside and out!  I don’t know Vacaville, Ca very well but I think Mia had great spots picked out.  Mia is your all around American Girl, soccer star and headed for big things in her life!  Here are a few from our afternoon shoot.  Thanks girly you Rocked.  It.

I just absolutely LOVE this Family! We rambled around Chico for the afternoon hitting some of Chico’s most colorful locations and we had a blast. Megan had told me about the murals under the freeway and she just loved the big oak tree one. So we decided to capture there love as a family and there love of Chico besides the colorful art of Chico. After taking some shots there we headed over to Bidwell Park for some historic Chico love. When we arrived the pool was so still and not one ripple was in the water. Ah the reflection that day was so beautiful. Check out our afternoon.

A Chic Vintage Wedding in Chico California. Luke and Naomi wed at TJ Farms. The country style and handmade touches gave this wedding a perfect vintage feel. What a wonderful bride and groom and what a fun group of family and friends. These guys know how to throw a party. The smell of BBQ filled the air and the sounds of laugher showered over the farm. Here are some of my favorites from their day. Congrats to you guys.
